Cancellations & Refunds:

50% of deposit can be refunded as long as sketch and line art phases have not started.

After 1st or 2nd Phase begins: no refund for completed work through each phase;

Finished work up to this point will be given to author.

If requested to stop project in the middle of sketch, line art, or coloring phase 50% of total payment will be given back.
